Shipping
In-stock orders will be packed and shipped 2-5 business days after the order has been made. Custom orders will take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. Please make sure your address is correct! Ollo is not responsible for shipping to the wrong address. Shipping is through USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are based on location, weight, and speed of delivery that are calculated at checkout.
If you're local and would like to receive your order in person, email or dm me for a coupon code to waive your shipping & to schedule a pick up time.
Pick ups will be in North County, San Diego.
Returns
All purchases are final & not eligible for a return or exchange. Order cancellations can only be made within the first hour of purchase.
Ollo is a small business making small batch collections and products. Each piece is built, glazed, and finished by hand, so there are variances in size, color, and characteristics from piece to piece (even of the same design).
We celebrate these differences and like to think of the them as belonging to a family vs. being perfect clones of each other. If you aren't sure about making a purchase by looking at the pictures online, please reach out for more details or photos.
If your purchase was damaged, please reach out within 2 days of the item being delivered with photos. We will make things right.
Ollo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been submitted to a shipping facility like UPS or USPS. We are also not responsible for any returned packages due to customer error. Please keep an eye on your goods with the tracking number emailed to you after your purchase.
